I really like the teachers (Jim and Jenell Maranto) who have put together a nice silver-level syllabus. While there is no substitute for group or individual dance lessons this DVD is a close second. It should be mentioned, however, that, this DVD is aimed at the serious dance student who is interested in learning silver level foxtrot steps. The count is slow-quick-quick, with continuity (i.e., the feet constantly pass each other never coming together),and with sweeping waltz-like movements.
