It's definitely Waltz 101, or, 100. Much shorter than I expected, and more chatty than informative. Kinda fun... Not without merit; it does cover a lot of things you'll hear in a beginner's class, but, in the end, not a lot of actual dancing is covered. Well, dang... Won't hurt you to watch it - but it may not help you much either. At least you can get "another perspective" or, "another point of view" on things cheaply by renting! This is more a C&W sort of Waltz tape, by the way - look elsewhere for "real fancy" dancing...
