Like all the Lamperts' Ballroom series, this is a beginner's "do it yourself" DVD where the main benefit is that it's a short-cut to learning the "geography" of the moves - that you'll have to add real Latin styling to later. Seriously, this isn't "fancy rumba" at all, but it is, "good enough" to get out on the floor and dance. And, it may be all you need, if all you want, as Foster puts it, is to "have some fun" while out dancing. Just don't sign up for any serious competitions on the basis of this DVD alone...
