Disk 1, Cha-Cha, is basically all the Cha-Cha moves from the Lampert's 4 disk BALLROOM Series.

If you've rented those disks - 1, 2, 3a, and 3b - then you've seen and done these Cha-Cha moves already. If you haven't, and just want to learn Cha-Cha, start here and get the next Cha Cha disks in order as you finish each one.

This is very-very-very plain instruction and very much "beginner" dancing in it's look and feel. It doesn't tell you much about how to do things - you just have to get with a partner and step it out as you follow what they show you; very much like any beginner dance class...

Seriously, most beginner "How to" disks aim too high and much time is spent on "the look." No time "wasted" on looks here - it's just "step here and go there" instruction.

Coffee helps, along with patience, and, a few good slow and obvious Cha-Cha songs to practice to on your own.

Not pretty dancing, but "good enough" for many everyday venues - weddings, church dances, etc.
