Four dances in a one hour video means there's not much time devoted to any one of them. Probably a fine choice for the "I've never even seen this dance done before and I've got to learn a few steps before the weekend" crowd, but if you've ever tried the dances, you're better off going with single-dance-specific videos that will go into more depth, more tips, etc.
